I have built over a half a dozen computers from components such as processors, motherboards, memory, hard drive, etc.
My educational background is a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from South Dakota School of Mines & Technology in 1999. I am currently taking online courses from the University of Phoenix for a Master of Information Technology.
I started this business to provide a more personal experience of on-site technical support. Many times a technician may come and fix the problem then leave the client puzzled with what was done and how to prevent the cause of the problem.
I intend to work with my clients to provide the best technical support for them in a way that they can understand and learn.
